CHU Draft Analysis: Entered Duke as a McDonalds All American with strong NBA bloodlines then struggled to find his niche under Coach K for a year-and-a-half.
In 2008-09, has taken over as the Blue Devils' go-to scorer, putting on display his explosive first step and ability to finish strong. Has also straightened out shot from beyond the arc, giving him another weapon. Key for him is being aggressive. When looking to score and under control, is tough to stop.
Needs work as a ballhandler and passer to round out game. Currently lacks ability to create for others, but is not a selfish player by any means.
Effective defender who uses strength, quickness and fundamentals to lock down opposition and a plus rebounder from the wing. Lacks the upside some other two guards have, but has the athleticism, size and skill level to be a solid pro.
