CHU Draft Analysis: Great competitor, winner and mature beyond his years. A versatile combo guard who is solid across the board and projects as a future All-NBA Defensive Teamer.
Has plus size at the point and strength, grit and length to successfully guard wings.
Hard to label him a one or two - is simply a basketball player. Not a natural floor leader, but very capable running an offense and bettering others. Drives left or right with a quick first step and finishes strong, if not above the rim. Should have little problem pushing range beyond the NBA arc and is a high percentage shooter.
Uses anticipation, determination and enough lateral quickness to suffocate on defense. His relentlessness is unmatched and never backs down.
While Holiday may lack that one attribute to cause a stir of excitement in the media, the sum of the parts is what makes him special. Come draft, it won't take long to hear his name called.
