CHU Analysis: No quicker a player with the ball is there. Born and bred to push tempo, Jennings cannot be stopped getting to the basket and is fearless in traffic. Will attempt a dunk over a seven-footer just as easily as dishing it off. Can stop on a dime and fire up long range bombs, but can be streaky.
Despite playing at a breakneck pace most of the time, he sees the floor well and is an adept distributor. Tends to be shot happy - with a penchant for ill advised shots - and needs to remember he's playing on the ball. In the right system, could be an electric scorer as a secondary floor leader.
Blessed with natural defensive instincts and lightning quick hands, if not 100% dedication. Is overpowered by bigger, stronger guards and gambles too often, but causes havoc in passing lanes.
Playing a year overseas should expedite Jennings' on- and off-court maturation and gives NBA front offices an easier evaluation process.
