It is doubtful the outgoing transfers from the 2009-10 season will match the production last year's transfers are having at programs this year (i.e. Wesley Johnson, Ekpe Udoh, Mike Gerrity, Elliot Williams and Alex Stepheson), but several high profile players are moving on and should be big contributors come 2010-11.

If you grade by Conference, it's been a banner year for the ACC. The four Carolina schools - UNC, Duke, Wake Forest and NC State - have Top 10 classes. Maryland, Virginia and Florida State also boast Top 25-worthy classes.
